Grid Ups System

Introduction

AF-DL Series UPS for Electric Power, Bypass Voltage Stabilizer, Feeder Cabinet are power products designed for power plants, substations, and distribution stations in response to the development needs of China's electric power. They have double conversion online and zero conversion functions. They are mainly used for electric telecontrol, RTU, power carrier, power monitoring, etc. When the utility power is normal, the single phase 220V (or three-phase 380V) is isolated, rectified and filtered, and then the load is powered by the inverter; if the AC power grid input is abnormal or the power is cut off, the DC panel backed up by the power system is inverted by the backstop diode for power supply. When the DC panel is undervoltage or power is cut off, the static switch switches to bypass power supply; when the utility power returns to normal, it automatically switches to the utility inverter power supply. If the inverter is overloaded or fails, it switches to bypass power supply and sends a warning signal at the same time.

Feature

Rectifier

Single-phase/three-phase AC mains is sent to the input of the rectifier through a matching isolation transformer. When the utility voltage fluctuates within the range of ±25% and the load changes within the range of 100%, the rectifier output DC voltage is stable within ±5%.

Inverter

Using SPWM technology, the DC voltage is converted into a standard sinusoidal AC voltage through an IGBT module inverter, which can reduce distortion, reduce the size of the filter, and ensure excellent dynamic characteristics when the load changes.

DC screen

When the utility voltage is undervoltage or fails, the DC screen connected to the DC end will automatically and uninterruptedly supply power, and the DC screen will give a signal when discharging; when approaching the termination discharge voltage, the system will give a warning signal. If the discharge reaches the limit voltage, the system will switch to backup power operation.

Utility/Backup Power

When using a dual-circuit AC model (utility as the main power and the other as backup power), when the utility is abnormal or fails, it will switch to the backup power supply. When both AC inputs fail, the DC panel will transfer to the utility power supply.

Static switch

The static switch can realize the uninterrupted transfer function between bypass and inverter. The transfer can be completed automatically or manually.

Intelligent monitoring

The working status and data of the UPS are transmitted to the DCS system in real time through RS232/RS485 and power transmission signals to realize intelligent monitoring.
