The project requirements include: 1 integrated UPS cabinet, 9 IT equipment cabinets, 1 computer room precision air conditioner, battery pack, dynamic environment monitoring system, etc. The construction goal of this project is to build a modern information computer room that is green, energy-saving, intelligent, technological, safe, reliable, and flexible to expand.

Based on the development needs of the capital's ecological conservation area and international conference city, a branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau fully implemented the task deployment of the Central Political and Legal Work Conference, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Capital Comprehensive Management Office on the construction of the Xueliang Project, optimized the point control, strengthened resource integration and practical application, improved the operation and maintenance management, and security assurance system, and implemented the public security video surveillance construction networking application project.
