Introduction

GXL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire control systems with AC voltage of 660V and below in industrial and mining enterprises, and is used for power lighting distribution. GXL low-voltage power distribution cabinet is an indoor device with flexible line scheme, convenient combination, strong practicality, and novel structure.


Application

Applicable to light textile, metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery and other factories and mines. It can also be used as a part of the control in the low-voltage control system when it is AC 50Hz and rated voltage 380V. Or 660V, rated current up to 400A three-phase three-wire, four-wire or five-wire low-voltage distribution system, as power and lighting distribution. At the same time, it can also be used to control some squirrel cage and winding motors in the low-voltage control system.

1. This product is an indoor closed wall device with a low-voltage distribution equipment for single-sided door operation and maintenance. The cabinet adopts CF steel assembly structure.

2. The product is used alone or in an arrangement and assembly.

3.If it is used in an arrangement and assembly, a partition is installed between the cabinets to reduce the occurrence of accidents. The main busbar is placed in the busbar chamber on the upper part of the box body, connected to the cable-dedicated channel on the side of the cabinet body to isolate it from the electrical components and facilitate the user's line entry. The neutral busbar and the lower part of the grounding cabinet are fixed with high-strength insulating columns.


Environmental Requirements

1. The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.

2. The ambient temperature and surrounding air temperature are not higher than +40℃, and the average temperature in a 24-hour cycle is not higher than +35℃, and the surrounding air temperature is not lower than -100℃.

3. There must be no excessive dust, acid, salt, corrosive and explosive gases in the air. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a high temperature of +400℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a low temperature, such as 90% at a temperature below +20℃. It should be considered that general condensation may be produced accidentally due to temperature changes.

4. If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.
