Introduction

Intelligent automatic dual power switch (ATS) is suitable for two power supplies (normal power supply and backup power supply) with AC 50HZ and rated voltage 660V and below, and the rated current ranges from 400A to 10A. Automatic switching between power supplies due to abnormality of one power supply. The main features of this device are: automatic switching, automatic detection, and automatic display. It has dual protection functions of mechanical interlocking and electrical interlocking. It is energy-saving and noise-free during operation. It can implement automatic switching and self-recovery, automatic switching without self-recovery, loss of voltage, undervoltage, phase failure protection, manual/automatic switching, and the switching time of the switch body is less than 80mS. The delay in the intelligent controller is adjustable from 0-30s. It is small in size, only one-third of the traditional device. It has a large switching capacity and can switch in four levels. The PC-level intelligent dual power automatic switching switch is currently an ideal electrical product for switching two power supplies. It has been selected by national key projects and is the leading product of the new century. It will be more widely used in industrial and civil buildings.

The floor-standing dual power distribution cabinet is a distribution device installed against the wall indoors with a single-sided front door. Its basic structure is made of steel plate bending and angle steel welding. A knife switch operating handle can be installed on the front right side for power cut-off and power-on operations. Operation buttons, indicator lights and display instruments can be installed on the box door. After opening the box, all the internal equipment of the distribution box is exposed, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance. This distribution box is equipped with air circuit breakers and fuses as short-circuit protection, as well as contactors and thermal relays. Grounding screws are welded on the door and the shell to ensure reliable connection between the shell and the ground.

Environmental Requirements

1. Altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.

2. Ambient temperature and ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, and the average temperature within a 24-hour period shall not be higher than +35℃, and the ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -100℃.

3. There shall be no excessive dust, acid, salt, corrosive and explosive gases in the air. The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at high temperature of +400℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at low temperature, such as 90% at below +20℃. General condensation may be produced accidentally due to temperature changes.
