AC Low-Voltage Distribution Cabinet

Introduction

GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, factories and mines, etc., and power users as AC 50 Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current 400A to 1600A distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.

GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the competent departments of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and design departments, based on the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. The product has high breaking capacity, good dynamic thermal stability, novel and reasonable structure, practical electrical scheme, series, strong applicability, high protection level and other characteristics.

It can be used as a replacement product. GGD low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with GBT7251.12-2013 Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment and other standards.

Cabinet Structure

1. The frame is assembled by partial welding of gMf cold-bent steel. Its rigidity and bearing capacity meet the installation requirements of electrical components. The frame has mounting holes arranged according to the E=20MM and E=100mm modules to improve the versatility of product assembly.

2. The main busbar is arranged at the upper rear of the cabinet. The ZMJ busbar clamp is a building block structure, which is made of high flame retardant PPO alloy material by hot injection molding. It has high mechanical strength and insulation strength, can withstand effective value 50KA, peak value 105KA dynamic, thermal stability impact force, and long-term allowable temperature can reach 120℃.

The front of the 1000mm and 1200mm wide cabinets adopts an asymmetric (800+200) and (800+400) double-door structure, the 600 and 800 wide cabinets adopt a whole door structure, and the back of the cabinet adopts a symmetrical double-door structure. It not only solves the protection of direct electric shock, but also improves the overall appearance and strength, and also facilitates the manufacturer to form standardized production.

5. The cabinet door adopts galvanized shaft hinges to the frame. It is easy to install and disassemble. The door edges are all equipped with rubber strips. When closing the door, the strips between the door and the cabinet body have a certain compression stroke to prevent the door edge from directly colliding with the cabinet body, and improve the protection level of the door.

6. The instrument equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wires, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the cabinet frame with grounding knurled screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.

7. The protection level of the front and back, top surface and both ends of the cabinet body reaches IP30, and can also be selected between IP20-IP40 according to user requirements.

8. In order to enhance ventilation and heat dissipation, there are ventilation and heat dissipation holes in the lower part, upper rear part and top of the cabinet body, so that the cabinet body forms a natural ventilation duct during operation, with better heat dissipation performance. The heat dissipation holes are sealed with steel mesh plates to ensure the protection level of the cabinet body.

9. The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for easy lifting and transportation.

10.The cabinet body is coated with polyester orange-shaped baking varnish spray to eliminate glare and has strong adhesion. The mounting parts inside the cabinet are galvanized and passivated to improve the three-proof performance.

Environmental Requirements

1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be greater than +35℃.

2. For indoor installation, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000M.

3. The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% at a high temperature of +40℃. A higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature (for example, 90% at +20℃). The influence of condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes should be considered.

4. The equipment shall not be installed at a vertical plane or inclination of more than 5 degrees.

5. The equipment shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.
