Cabinet Frame

● The server cabinet size can be selected as: 600/800×1100/1200mm (depth)×2000/2200mm (height), and the available space is 42U/47U respectively.

● Adopting a 90% profile frame structure; the thickness of the steel plate used in the 90% profile frame is 1.5mm; the thickness of the steel plate used in the main load-bearing parts of the cabinet is 2.0mm; the front and rear mesh doors, side doors, top plates, bottom plates, and panels use high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 1.2mm.

● All parts of the cabinet have no sharp edges to avoid harm to the human body; the spray paint used is harmless to the human body.

● The space occupied by the cabinet frame is as small as possible to ensure wiring space and facilitate heat dissipation.

● The heat dissipation and wiring space at the rear of the cabinet, the left side is designed as a weak power line wiring space, and the right side is designed as a PDU and strong power cable space.

●The top plate on the top of the cabinet adopts an overall design, and a strong and weak current line hole is reserved, which is sealed with a brush.

●A 100mm deep jumper space is reserved between the square hole bar on the front of the cabinet and the door frame, and the square hole bar can be adjusted forward and backward; after all servers are installed, cold air can only enter the back of the cabinet through the server air intake hole, and will not directly enter the hot channel through other areas.

●After the cabinets are combined, there is no obvious light-transmitting gap between the cabinets, and the cabinet combination parts are hidden and installed, which does not affect the appearance of the cabinets.

●The weak current wiring space is set up with a fixed cable device that is conducive to reasonable wiring.

●The strong current wiring space is set up with a device for fixing the vertical PDU.

●There is a grounding device at the lower right corner of the front and rear door frames of the cabinet.
