PM series integrated cabinet modular data center divides a row of cabinet data centers into sub-modules such as power distribution, refrigeration, UPS, battery, cabinet and airflow management, monitoring and management. Each sub-module is prefabricated in the factory, and the sub-modules can be assembled on site to form a row of cabinet modular data centers. The PM series has three types: closed cold channel type, closed hot channel type, and closed cold/hot channel type. You can choose one of them according to the application needs. It is flexible and has many application occasions. The basic unit of the PM series is 1 to 4 (1 air conditioner with 4 cabinets), which can be adjusted to 1 to 3, 2 to 6, 2 to 8 and other modes according to needs. System Composition
Cabinet system
●Standard 42U cabinet, the cabinet is designed as a fully enclosed cabinet, with a tempered glass door in the front and a sealed sheet metal door in the back. The cabinet adopts a unique main frame with a closed door method, and the cabinet has its own air inlet and return channels, effectively isolates the cold and hot air flows, and combines with the inter-row air conditioner to achieve efficient cooling.
●Adopts a 9-fold profile frame with high strength and solid structure; the surface is treated with electrostatic powder spraying for beautiful effect; the cabinet has a double-sided wiring unit at the rear, one side is used for refrigerant pipe laying and weak current wiring, and the other side is used for strong current wiring; the fully enclosed cabinet effectively reduces the noise in the computer room; the cabinet is equipped with two temperature sensors for air supply and one temperature and humidity sensor for return air as standard.
Power distribution and PDU system
●Rack-mounted power distribution unit, providing UPS input and output power distribution, air conditioning power distribution and lighting, and monitoring equipment power supply with C-level lightning protection. Standard 32A ordinary PDU, with value-added functions such as intelligent type and different power and output channels optional.
UPS and backup battery system
●Energy-saving rack-mounted modular UPS, compatible with single-input and single-output, three-input and single-output, three-input and three-output, etc., supports parallel operation, can be expanded, and meets different power application occasions.
●With rack-mounted battery pack, external battery rack solution is optional, which can be flexibly configured according to needs.
Refrigeration and emergency ventilation system
●Row air conditioner standard front air supply, rear return air form variable capacity row air conditioner, fan evenly distributed up and down, single machine multiple refrigeration cooling capacity sections optional. In conjunction with the air conditioner closed frame, it can form airflow organization forms such as closed cold channel, closed cold channel or closed hot and cold channel. According to the needs of on-site applications, multiple air conditioners can be configured for group control operation. Each cabinet can be equipped with an emergency fan unit to alleviate the problem of temperature rise in the cabinet after the air conditioning refrigeration is interrupted.
Monitoring system
●PM series overall solution monitoring software 10-inch multi-touch screen, with good human-machine interface and touch performance, provides a full set of configuration software development tools, no programming required, quickly realizes data collection of monitoring objects, graphical display and centralized network monitoring management.
