The cabinet is the data center.

●Full function: PM series integrates power supply and distribution, UPS, variable frequency air conditioning, emergency ventilation, cable management and other functions in one cabinet. One cabinet is a fully functional data center.

●Easy to build: PM series adopts a fully enclosed design. It does not require a separate computer room to complete the entire process of procurement, installation, construction and commissioning within a few days. It has changed the construction method of traditional data centers that need to design, decorate, purchase various equipment, and coordinate the arrival and installation of various equipment. Using AF-IM series to build a data center saves time, effort and money.

●Easy to expand: When your business develops and the original AF-IM is not enough, you only need to increase the number of AF-IM to complete the expansion. If two or more AF-IMs are placed side by side, you can also choose a dedicated AF-IM splicing component to connect the cold pools and hot channels of multiple AF-IMs to form a data center composed of multiple AF-IMs.

●Energy saving and environmental protection: variable frequency air conditioning, energy saving and high efficiency; high efficiency UPS, can achieve an efficiency of more than 0.94; fully enclosed design, no need to cool the environment, and close-range cooling can save fan energy consumption.

System Composition

Cabinet and airflow management

● Fully sealed design, the equipment in the cabinet is a self-contained system, isolated from the outside world, and has low requirements for security rooms.

● Complete cabinet accessories: trays, L-shaped guide rails, vertical cable management racks, blind panels, LED lighting, three-color atmosphere lights, cabinet door status sensors, etc.

Rack-mounted UPS, battery pack

● Standard high-frequency rack-mounted UPS, capacity 6-10K, input and output format: single input and single output, the system is equipped with a 2U battery pack to meet the 20min requirement when the UPS is fully loaded. For longer backup time, more battery packs (no more than 4) can be selected, or an external battery rack can be selected.

Power distribution and PDU system

● Rack-mounted power distribution unit, providing UPS input and output power distribution, air conditioning power distribution and lighting, monitoring equipment power supply with C-level lightning protection. Standard 32A ordinary PDU, with value-added functions such as intelligent type and different power and output channels optional.

Refrigeration and emergency ventilation

● Rack-mounted air conditioner, can be directly installed in a standard 19-inch server cabinet, no special air conditioner installation position is required, and the surface emergency fan unit can alleviate the problem of temperature rise in the cabinet after the air conditioning refrigeration is interrupted.

Monitoring and management system

●10-inch industrial-grade color page touch screen monitoring all-in-one machine, does not occupy rack space; through RS485 communication, it can intuitively display the temperature and humidity, air conditioning, UPS parameters, alarm information, power on and off parameters in the cabinet, etc. It can support remote direct access through the browser, and control various functions such as optional SMS alarm and password lock.
