NP series valve-regulated sealed maintenance-free lead-acid battery is a combination of high integrity and super energy in the power supply field. The product has a long life, low self-discharge, high specific energy, and is cadmium-free and environmentally friendly.

Low maintenance

Adopt high-quality AGM separator and high-sensitivity safety valve, lead-calcium-tin multi-element special alloy casting plate, lean liquid design, cathode absorption principle, effectively inhibit the precipitation of hydrogen, reduce the loss of electrolyte during use, and no electrolyte maintenance is required during the battery life.

Sealing design

Multi-layer pole sealing structure ensures the possibility of pole sealing during the battery life. The battery can be placed in any direction except the inverted position.

Service life

The plate cutting structure design reduces the elongation of the plate cutting during use; the unique 4BS lead paste formula, special tight assembly welding equipment, and battery internal formation technology have a design service life of up to 10 years.

Self-discharge

High-purity raw and auxiliary materials, clean process production environment, and "6σ" process quality control ensure that the battery has a low self-discharge rate.

Good uniform performance

The perfect quality assurance system, advanced equipment guarantee capabilities, and the homogenization process added in the plate production, monomer assembly and finished product testing fully guarantee the uniform quality of the factory batteries.

Wide operating temperature range

The special electrolyte formula and special active material formula give the battery good high and low temperature performance. The battery has a wide applicable temperature range and can be used in the range of -15℃~45℃, and the operating temperature range is 25±5℃.
