Battery Online Monitoring Fault Warning System

Introduction

The main function of the AF-BMS battery online monitoring fault warning system is to detect the real-time status of the single cell voltage, surface temperature and internal resistance of the battery pack during use. If there is any abnormality in the monitoring battery, the module will detect it in real time and send an alarm to the maintenance personnel. The internal measurement circuit of the module uses high-precision A/D to complete the detection of each battery voltage, and collects the surface temperature of the battery through the temperature probe. Each measurement port uses optical coupling isolation communication and adds protection to ensure the good safety of the battery inspection instrument and the high accuracy of the measurement data. The detection module detects the single cell type as 12V, adopts the standard Modbus communication protocol, provides RS485 interface, and is used in conjunction with the battery online monitoring management module. It can also be easily connected to the monitoring system of third-party manufacturers.

Application

It is mainly used for monitoring battery packs in DC power supplies in data rooms, power plants, substations, communication rooms and communication base stations.
