Remote Powers Supply System

Introduction

The Remote Power Feeding System is a special power supply system for providing long-distance AC power supply for the gantry system and the full-range monitoring system of the expressway for the removal of provincial boundary toll stations. It can provide stable and reliable AC regulated power supply for remote field equipment, such as the gantry system for dismantling station, the full-range monitoring system, and 5G mobile phone base stations.

Application

This system mainly consists of three parts: power generator (also known as the central terminal or upper computer), power converter (also known as remote machine or lower computer) and transmission cable. The central terminal is arranged in the power supply room of the toll station or service area of the expressway, the remote machine is arranged next to the gantry system or various field monitoring equipment along the expressway, and the transmission cable is arranged along the expressway between the central terminal and the remote machine.

The power generator of this system adopts isolation transformer boost, automatic adjustment and follow-up output, and the power converter adopts isolation transformer step-down, automatic adjustment and regulated output of high-tech technology. The system has good reliability and stability, high output accuracy, small waveform distortion, and stable and reliable.

● Strong load capacity

The load capacity of the power converter ranges from 0.5KVA to 30KVA, the capacity of the power generator ranges from 10KVA to 300KVA, and the maximum power supply distance exceeds 20 kilometers.

● Good safety performance

This system adopts the input and output transformer complete isolation mode, and there is no voltage difference between any end of the remote power supply cable and the ground. At the same time, it has complete overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, overtemperature, short circuit, and lightning protection devices.

● High degree of intelligence

The power generator has an embedded monitoring unit and touch screen control, which can detect the equipment status and switch power supply, and can be linked with the section monitoring center system to remotely monitor the equipment operation status. The machine also has a fault memory function, which can accurately memorize faults and greatly reduce maintenance time.
